SAP Project Manager - Manufacturing Domain

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and monitor the remediation of a multiple Manufacturing IT applications integrations with S4 HANA for customer healthcare division. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on project reporting and tracking., * Steering and Monitoring: Lead efforts for integrating multiple manufacturing IT applications with S4 HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Monitor their progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule and facilitate meetings with various stakeholders involved, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Updates and Reporting: Share regular updates with project sponsor, project teams and capture meeting minutes to document discussions and action items.
• Tracking Remediation Status: Interact with multiple project stakeholders to track the remediation status on the ADO Kanban board, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Risk Management: Identify and capture risks associated with individual projects, communicating these risks to the project sponsor for timely resolution.
• Governance Meetings: Plan and schedule governance meetings between the program sponsor and individual project owners to review project progress and address any challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.

• Experienced in using project management tools like ADO, JIRA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across global, cross-vendor teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have Skills:

• Prior experience of managing projects involving IT application integration.
• Experience of managing IT projects for Manufacturing domain.
• Experience of SAP, S4 HANA integrations.
