Job description

  • Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces and full-stack features for AI-powered applications
  • Collaborate with software engineers, AI/ML engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to design and implement application requirements
  • Build and integrate front-end and back-end components that connect user experiences with AI services, APIs, and data sources
  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining agentic AI harnesses used to orchestrate, evaluate, and monitor autonomous AI workflows
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across the full stack
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous learning related to modern software development, AI integration, and agent orchestration technologies

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)

  • 3 years of experience in software development
  • Knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming concepts
  • Familiarity with web application development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Experience with or coursework involving REST APIs, backend services, and data-driven applications
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and basic database design principles
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies, large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks (e.g., PydanticAI), or related AI integration tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases and search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Qdrant, ChromaDB, or similar platforms
  • Experience with front-end web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS) and an understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Salary range: $115,000 - $160,000 Disclaimer: Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc.
