Requirements

Do you have experience in Product backlog management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, organization goals.</span></p></li><li><p>Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.</p></li><li><p>Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and radiate information.</p></li><li><p>Be open-minded and comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty. Able to have strong situational awareness and have a greater sense of preparedness and clarity on what others expect from your facilitative leadership. Able and willing to take ownership and grow with the team.</p></li><li><p>Provide all support to the team using a facilitative leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Take part in special projects and duties as required.</p></li></ul><p>
Required Education and/or Experience:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent </p></li><li><p>3-5 years experience in a Scrum Master role implementing Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Project management experience for software development a plus. </p></li><li><p>Experience working in IT/Technical environments, with the ability to understand development concepts, system integrations, data workflows, and infrastructure</p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of Agile values, principles and the Scrum framework</p></li><li><p>Understands IT backlog grooming, tracking, burndown/burn-up charts, velocity, and task definition</p></li><li><p>Understands long-term product planning in an empirical environment and techniques to become more effective</p></li><li><p>Scrum Master certification - Preferred</p></li><li><p>Atlassian suite and Jira software experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
