Job description

Join Oracle Health’s dynamic team to develop, enhance, and support custom reporting solutions for prominent clients. Work on custom report development and maintenance within enterprise-wide systems such as Millennium, Soarian Financial Reporting, Healthcare Intelligence, PowerInisght, Oracle Analytics (OA), Claims Rules Development. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, troubleshooting, performing incident resolution, building net new and modifying existing reports, and ensuring solutions are fully optimized and compliant with client contracts., * Develop, debug, and design custom reports using SQL, Cerner Command Language (CCL), and other programming languages according to provided specifications.

  • Perform troubleshooting investigations by collecting data, using diagnostic tools, shadowing end users, testing workflows, and analyzing log files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through both written and verbal channels.
  • Document activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation and project lifecycle.
  • Prioritizing tasks based on severity and business needs, balancing client requirements with internal objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support industry change control processes to implement solution enhancements and ensure contract compliance.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and serve as a team resource as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • For certain roles, U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with SQL/CCL and database management.
  • Experience with Millennium, Soarian Financial Reporting, Healthcare Intelligence, PowerInsight, Oracle Analytics (OA), Claims Rules Development
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, Tableau or healthcare data reporting is a plus.
  • Understanding Java or other programming languages is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, willingness to learn, and a commitment to health equity.
  • Knowledge of clinical and/or financial workflows in a healthcare environment.

Benefits & conditions

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $89,200 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
