Software Engineering Manager (PHP/AI)

• Architect and develop proprietary full-stack applications utilizing PHP, Symfony, and React.
• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled solutions for document generation, OCR validation, and data extraction.
• Design and optimize relational database architectures and complex queries using MySQL.
• Integrate business-critical workflows with AI platforms to drive firm-wide productivity and automation.
• Manage technical delivery and code quality standards in coordination with offshore development teams.
• Deploy scalable microservices and RESTful APIs across Google Cloud Platform using Docker.
• Direct the long-term technical roadmap and modernization of legacy business processes.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience focusing on full-stack enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in PHP and the Symfony framework for building scalable backend business logic.
• Experience with React and modern JavaScript libraries to develop responsive front-end interfaces.
• Experience in Python and Node.js for secondary backend services and workflow automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted development platforms including Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Linux for cloud-native application deployment.
• Excellent communication skills for mentoring junior talent and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
