Data Scientist

• Analyze customer/patient engagement across multiple communication channels, including:
• Call center data
• SMS/text messaging
• App-based interactions (chatbots, digital engagement)
• Generate insights to improve customer communication and experience
• Partner closely with cross-functional business teams

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Must have Healthcare exp.

Level/Experience:

• Requires 7+ years of experience
• Looking for a more senior, hands-on contributor

Core Skillsets:

• Strong background in A/B testing, statistics, and experimental design
• Experience with machine learning and modeling
• NLP / text data experience is a strong plus

Technical Stack:

• Primary: Python, Snowflake, Databricks
• Nice-to-have: PySpark
• Future environment may include Google Cloud Platform tools (migration planned around early 2027), This role will not be directly involved in the Google Cloud Platform migration, but should be adaptable to a changing tech environment.
