Data Analyst SME

We are seeking a Data Architect / SME-Level Data Analyst to support a mission-critical federal program focused on advanced data analytics, operational intelligence, and national security initiatives.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role working with large-scale, complex datasets in secure environments, where your work directly supports decision advantage and operational readiness. You will operate at the architect level, designing scalable data solutions while also driving deep analytical insights using modern data platforms., Architect, design, and optimize data pipelines and data platforms, with a strong focus on Databricks and backend data processing Perform advanced analysis using SQL and Python (Pandas, EDA) across large, complex datasets Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau Ensure data integrity, validation, and quality control across multiple data sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, and infrastructure Translate mission requirements into actionable insights and technical solutions Support data governance, compliance, and secure data handling practices Drive performance tuning and optimization of data workflows and analytics environments

Active Top Secret clearance 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data architecture

Strong expertise in: Databricks (backend / architecture focus) SQL (advanced queries, optimization) Python (Pandas, data analysis, EDA)

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Proven experience working with large datasets in secure or regulated environments Ability to operate at a senior/SME or architect level, owning solutions end-to-end

Monday-Friday within standard core business hours Secure environment supporting real-world mission operations Direct collaboration with highly skilled technical and mission-focused team
