The Technical Support Analyst will join the Operations team, supporting clients with software and hardware-related technical queries while helping to maintain a high standard of service delivery. This is a varied role combining troubleshooting, testing, customer support, and technical analysis.
You’ll be involved in resolving technical issues, supporting new software and hardware releases, and contributing to ongoing improvements across systems and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone technically minded who enjoys problem-solving and learning within a collaborative environment.

- Own, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve 2nd line technical issues
- Provide technical support to a range of business clients
- Escalate technical issues where required and support resolution processes
- Assist with testing and validation of new software and hardware releases
- Support customer service requests and maintain regular communication with clients
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and technical documentation
- Contribute to improving internal procedures and support processes
- Support wider operational and technical activities as required
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, * A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Science or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Genuine interest in technology and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work through problems and follow issues through to resolution
- Previous experience in a technical support or testing environment is advantageous but not essential
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
