Senior CNO Developer

• Manages designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
• Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks.
• Communicate status with leadership and customers.
• Ensure software standards are applied consistently.
• Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) staff.
• Takes direction from more senior personnel.
• Collaborate with other CNO Developers.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior CNO Developer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD., * Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 11+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 7+ years, OR a PhD with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.

• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
• Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile, Network devices).
• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in IT-related discipline
• 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience

Clearance Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
