Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, As the Senior Experience Designer, you will lead the design of recommendations and attachment experiences, helping customers discover and add relevant products, services, and accessories throughout their shopping journey. You’ll shape end-to-end experiences across key touchpoints like product detail pages, cart, and checkout to drive conversion and average order value. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and UX teams to deliver scalable, seamless experiences that balance customer needs with business impact., * 5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of high-impact work
- 2 years of experience designing in e-commerce or large, multi-channel environments
- Expertise in visual and interaction design with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and influence stakeholders, * Experience with personalization, automation, or AI-driven commerce
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design practices
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex ecosystems
- Experience mentoring or coaching other designers
