Plumbing Operations Salesforce Warehousing Customer Service Microsoft Office SAP Applications Order Management System Integrity Product Knowledge Analytical Skills Claims Processing Business Valuation Workflow Management Operations Management Full Stack Development Operational Efficiency Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Order Management Systems Operational Performance Management, Responsible for managing end-to-end back-office order management and case processing within Consumer Service, ensuring orders are accurately processed, fulfilled, and resolved in alignment with departmental goals and service levels. This role handles open orders, order errors, and failed transactions while maintaining system accuracy across Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and related platforms.

Acts as a key liaison between Customer Service, warehouses, insurance partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, support claims processing, and coordinate complex or exception-based shipments, including cross-border orders. Provides ongoing eCare support by managing customer email inquiries and ensuring timely, professional communication and resolution.

Partners closely with the Operations Manager to support business needs, improve workflows, and maintain high levels of operational efficiency. Requires strong system proficiency (SAP, SFDC), analytical skills, and product knowledge in Plumbing.

  • Manage open cases and orders within SFDC (Salesforce) and SAP systems to ensure timely resolution

  • Close aged cases and maintain overall data accuracy and system integrity

  • Process duplicate orders and perform clean-up of unprocessed or incomplete transactions

  • Monitor and manage failed orders in general system queues, including reprocessing or deletion as needed

  • Investigate and resolve warehouse order errors, coordinating with technical teams for system corrections when required

  • Generate reports, including credit card transaction reports and operational performance summaries

  • Create return labels, call tags, and provide support for cross-border shipments while ensuring compliance

  • Handle incoming consumer mail, including scanning, logging, and creating cases in SFDC

  • Travel to the Lake Forest office when necessary to manage physical mail, scanning, and intake processing

  • Process and track claims through Sedgwick (U.S.) and legal channels (Canada)

  • Ensure all claim documentation is complete, accurate, and properly recorded

  • Follow up with claimants to obtain missing information and provide status updates
