Job description

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions and identity governance frameworks.
  • Configure and manage centralized Identity Providers (IdPs), SSO, MFA, and federation using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Develop and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows.
  • Integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms using REST APIs and standard connectors.
  • Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, Separation of Duties (SoD), and access certification campaigns.
  • Deploy and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities, including credential vaulting, automated password rotation, and Just-in-Time (JIT) access provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, and connectivity issues while optimizing IAM platform performance.
  • Automate operational processes through scripting and workflow development.
  • Provide ongoing platform administration, maintenance, and support for enterprise IAM services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience implementing and supporting enterprise IAM/IGA solutions, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, and REST API integrations.
  • Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, access governance, and certification processes.
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) for automation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills., * Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Relevant IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint, CISSP, or related security certifications).
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM environments.
