Job description
The Infrastructure Execution Leader is responsible for leading the startup, planning, and execution of complex enterprise IT programs. These programs may include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic initiatives such as new global sites for research and manufacturing.This role partners across technology and business organizations to deliver business value while enabling critical infrastructure capabilities across the enterprise.Onsite - Hybrid in IndianapolisResponsibilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, typically managing four to seven programs at one time, each with ten to fifteen workstreams
- Oversee workstream staffing, delivery progress, risk management, escalation handling, and change control
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, leadership, and end users
- Build strong understanding across infrastructure domains including networking, telecommunications, cybersecurity, compute, identity, and enterprise systems
- Coordinate cross functional dependencies across project teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are achieved
- Partner with project managers to ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities
- Operate effectively in evolving environments where processes may not be fully defined
- Develop partnerships across key business functions including clinical, regulatory, research, manufacturing, quality, cybersecurity, global security, and digital teams
- Provide leadership in frameworks, tools, automation, artificial intelligence, documentation, and process improvements
- Ensure data integrity is maintained throughout the project lifecycle and that discrepancies are documented and communicated appropriately
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ten or more years of experience in technology leadership and delivery of complex programs, * Strong leadership capability with ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable
- Demonstrated ability to empower teams and drive ownership across cross functional groups
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear communication and structured reasoning
- Experience leading large, distributed teams and coordinating across multiple workstreams
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse cultures
- Strong interpersonal awareness with ability to interpret stakeholder needs and motivations
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both small and large group settings
- Strong collaboration and teamwork orientation
- Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Emotional resilience under pressure and in high visibility situations
- Proactive and self directed problem solving mindset
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to troubleshooting

- Enterprise infrastructure technologies across networking, compute, and cloud environments

- Domestic and international travel required
- Ability to support work outside standard business hours to align with global teams and critical project milestones, * mergers & acquisitions: 5 years (Required)

Benefits & conditions
$100 - $120 an hour - Contract
