Data Management Analyst 4 - Contingent

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. You will analyze complex, multi-faceted data challenges requiring in-depth evaluation and contribute to resolving issues while ensuring adherence to governance, compliance, and organizational standards. This role focuses on business/data analysis, data infrastructure support, and collaboration across technology and business teams within the GPLA organization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between infrastructure, technology teams, and business stakeholders
• Develop a deep understanding of GPLA tools, databases, and data processes
• Gather and document business requirements and review functional/technical specifications
• Lead discussions with SMEs and business partners for enhancements and issue resolution
• Perform moderate to complex business and data analysis to support decision-making
• Write and review SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
• Manage end-to-end data acquisition processes across systems and partners
• Support data infrastructure projects and guide implementation efforts
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment

• 7+ years of business systems analysis and/or business systems design experience
• 4+ years of advanced SQL development (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Hive, or Google Cloud Platform)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skillsPlusses:

• Experience in Global Payments & Liquidity or Wholesale Banking
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing data infrastructure or analytics-related initiatives

Contract Length: 6mo (Extension possible; potential conversion for top performers)
