Salesforce Developer - Mclean, VA (F2F Interview)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community) solutions, including customer-facing online portals and digital banking experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites using LWR and LWC.

• Build and support online banking and customer portal solutions.
• Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise systems such as Genesys Cloud, MuleSoft, and Hogan.
• Configure Experience Cloud Analytics to track customer engagement and behavior.
• Implement and manage Salesforce security controls including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and OWD.
• Collaborate with the Technical Review Board (TRB) on application design reviews and approvals.
• Follow Salesforce development, design, and code review standards.
• Support Agentforce integrations within Experience Cloud.
• Troubleshoot Platform Events, governor limits, and high-volume data processing issues.
• Create and maintain unit tests with adequate code coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD deployments.
