Job description
Lead efforts to design and apply comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of data assets, assisting clients in achieving business transformation by providing efficient and effective business solutions through data-driven decision-making. Perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise clients on tools and roadmaps for implementation in an effort to enhance enterprise data management capabilities across the organization. Help clients achieve flexible management approaches based on real-time performance data insights. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions. Manage the design and implementation of data governance frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to build analytics solutions that deliver tangible business value.
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management Science, Mathematics, Data, Business, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management Science, Mathematics, Data, Business, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in Data Fabric, Data Governance, and Enterprise IT Architecture.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in python programming specializing in data handling, managing, and ETL jobs.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in the following programming languages: Python (Dash, Pandas, and NumPy), SQL, and R.
Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in querying data in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure or similar.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the following database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the following visualization tools: Power BI, Spotfire, and Power Apps.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the following libraries and frameworks: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, StatsModels, Tidyverse, or caret.
Requires domestic travel up to 80% to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $160,555.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
