Job description

Our client in the investment/financial space is looking for an admin/developer to handle the day-to-day management and enhancement of our business systems-primarily Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Excel-based tools. You’ll also build internal web-based tools like calculators and dashboards for our sales and partner teams. This isn’t a help desk role; you’ll be building automations, designing workflows, and solving real operational problems. You will also build internal web tools-offer calculators, APR calculators, partner-facing utilities. This role pays $110-140k with full benefits paid and unlimited PTO.

Requirements

Must Haves:

· 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce flows, validation rules, formula fields, and custom objects

· Create and troubleshoot Google Apps Script automations for commission tracking and reporting

· Develop Excel-based tools for funding ledgers, ISO tracking, and data analysis

· Manage data integrity across systems-deduplication, migration, cross-referencing

· Support integrations between Salesforce, Google Drive, LendSaas, and other platforms

· Generate reports and dashboards for leadership and sales team

· Strong Salesforce administration experience (Flow Builder is essential)

· Proficiency in Google Sheets and Apps Script and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation)

Ability to build functional internal tools and calculators (React or vanilla JS) Plusses:

· Familiarity with MCA/alternative lending operations

· Experience with API integrations or back-end scripting (Python, Node.js)

· Monday.com or similar project management tools

· Understanding of financial calculations (APR, payment schedules, Reg Z compliance)

· Financial services or lending experience is a plus, not required

Experience with Front-end web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
