Oracle Fusion ERP Integration Project Manager

Please note: This role requires proven Oracle Fusion ERP Integration delivery experience. Applications without demonstrable Oracle Fusion Integration experience will not be considered.

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Integration Project Manager to join a major Oracle Finance Transformation Programme.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can quickly take ownership of a complex Oracle Fusion integration workstream, bringing structure, pace and accountability from day one.

You’ll be responsible for managing approximately 70 Oracle Fusion integrations across 30+ internal and third-party suppliers, driving delivery, managing dependencies, removing blockers and ensuring key integration milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP integration workstreams.
• Manage approximately 70 Oracle Fusion integrations across multiple internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Own integration planning, delivery schedules, governance and dependency management.
• Proactively manage RAID logs, risks, issues and escalations.
• Coordinate technical delivery teams, functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Drive programme momentum, remove blockers and hold suppliers accountable for delivery.
• Ensure integration milestones are achieved in line with programme deadlines.

Essential Experience (Must Have)

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP Integration workstreams (essential).
• Previous experience delivering Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP Cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong project management experience across multiple suppliers and technical delivery teams.
• Experience managing complex integration plans, dependencies, governance and RAID management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge where appropriate.
• Ability to quickly take ownership and deliver within a fast-paced Oracle Cloud programme.
