This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact Salesforce implementation, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive business transformation across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments Key Responsibilities: Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Configure Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, data integration, and custom development Conduct workshops and user training to ensure adoption and best practice Act as the bridge between business users and development teams, ensuring successful
Requirements
delivery Requirements: Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant across multiple cloud products Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, and declarative tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable Experience in Agile project environments is a plus
