As a Systems Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the full development lifecycle, ensuring cohesion between engineering and software disciplines. You will: Design, define, and implement complex system requirements. Develop specifications and lead multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Refrigeration. Coordinate subsystem design and total system integration. Act as the primary technical resource from design through to manufacture and commissioning. Liaise with customers and internal teams to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions. What you’ll need to succeed Degree or equivalent experience in Controls, Mechanical/Electrical, or Software Engineering. Proven experience in Systems Engineering, specification writing, and validation. Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills. Familiarity with regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, Medical Devices). Experience with MS Project, MS Office, Visio, and 3D CAD or AutoLab. What you’ll
