About You Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager on large-scale HR transformation projects Strong background in Workday HCM configuration , including Hire to Retire processes Comfortable leading client workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide expert guidance on Workday best practices Workday HCM certification (desirable but not essential) Your Role Lead workshops and explain HCM functionality, processes, and terminology to clients and internal stakeholders Work closely with clients to understand business needs and
