Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and the UMAX platform, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.
  • Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365, UMAX, Salesforce, middleware platforms, and other enterprise applications to enable seamless business processes.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, APIs, JavaScript extensions, and Power Platform components that deliver scalable and supportable solutions.
  • Design and optimise Dataverse data models, ensuring data integrity, performance, and effective system architecture across the application landscape.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and application lifecycle management activities to enable efficient and reliable deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA teams, administrators, delivery teams, and external partners to troubleshoot issues, improve platform capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, with strong expertise in both Dynamics 365 and UMAX platforms.
  • Strong software development skills using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and Power Platform technologies including Power Automate and model-driven applications.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, solution architecture, data modelling principles, and enterprise integration patterns involving Salesforce, middleware, and third-party systems.
  • Experience working with DevOps practices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, solution management, and structured release processes.
  • Analytical and solution-focused mindset with a passion for delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable applications that solve complex business challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
