Job description

Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and key business stakeholders internally and externally; to define data requirements and drive strategic business goals.

  • Data Strategy: contribute to the development of data strategy and utilise data to solve business challenges and drive continuous improvements.
  • Actionable Insights: Analyse field data to identify trends and deliver insights that directly maximise return on investment (ROI)
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop and maintain high-level, customer-focused dashboards using visulisation tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau or Pyramid.
  • Technical Proficiency: Manage data integrity and optimise pipelines using SQL, Python, or R for advanced statistical modelling., Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential

Requirements

Strategic Leadership: A proven ability to move beyond operational reporting and by defining data strategies that meet business goals.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to collaborate and communicate with senior leaders and operational teams alike.
  • Technical Mastery: expertise with SQL for database management and proficiency in Python or R for analytics. Understanding of Azure data modelling, data management and data pipeline optimisation
  • Insight to Action: A track record of translating complex datasets into clear, actionable solutions for senior stakeholders with the practical application of tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid for data visualisation
  • Project Expertise: Experience leading data projects from architecture design to final visualisation.
