Security Expert - Cloud & Software Security

• You will develop, document and implement security concepts for our cloud-based software solutions.
• You will monitor the implementation of security requirements and continuously refine existing security concepts.
• You will identify security risks and devise appropriate measures, processes and tools to minimise them.
• You will advise development, architecture and project teams on security-related issues and support them in implementing security requirements. In doing so, you will work closely with our CISO and assist with the implementation of regulatory requirements such as the Cyber Resilience Act, the NIS2 Directive and ISO 27001.
• You will assist with internal and external audits and support the further development of our information security management system.
• You will communicate security issues to various stakeholders in a manner appropriate to their needs and promote a lasting culture of security awareness within the company.
• You will conduct reviews and support teams in integrating security best practices into their day-to-day work. You will also provide support on security issues relating to our testing, development and IT infrastructures.

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in the field of IT security, ideally within a medium-sized or large corporate environment
• Good knowledge of IT security, networks, hardware, software and cloud technologies
• Experience in dealing with security standards, compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines is an advantage
• An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a strong understanding of complex technical interrelationships
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain security-related topics clearly
• Proactivity, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to collaborate with different departments
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• An interest in current developments, trends and technologies in the field of cyber security
