Health Lead Sector Architect London or UK-wide Hybrid Up to £115,000 + Exceptional Package We’re looking for a visionary Health Sector Lead Architect to define and deliver transformative architecture strategies across the UK healthcare landscape. You’ll shape how technology underpins modern health systems - from EPR and shared-care records to AI-enabled transformation - working at the intersection of strategy, innovation and delivery. What you’ll be doing Lead end-to-end architecture and technology strategy for major NHS and private-health clients. Drive digital transformation across platforms, data, and integration - shaping next-generation health technology ecosystems. Collaborate with senior leaders (CDIOs, CCIOs, CIOs) to align technology with patient outcomes and policy priorities. Build and scale high-performing teams across architecture, delivery and innovation. Champion emerging technologies in Cloud, Data, and AI to reimagine patient and clinician experiences. Experience

required 10-15+ years of experience delivering complex, tech-enabled transformation across healthcare or NHS settings. Deep understanding of health sector architecture , interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), and platforms such as EPIC, Cerner, or shared care systems . Proven expertise in formulating North Star architectures , leading vendor selections, and overseeing delivery through to cutover. Strong consulting background with the ability to influence C-suite and clinical stakeholders. Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, or hyperscaler accreditations preferred.
