AI Solution Engineer

• Demonstrated end-to-end expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing GenAI solutions-especially those leveraging RAG, agent frameworks and reusable components / API’s and MCP server.
• Production deployment expertise on at least one of the following platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Snowflake.
• Long-term development and lifecycle management of GenAI solutions, focusing on innovation, sustainability and operational excellence.
• Strategic thinking and visionary leadership in GenAI adoption.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

• Strong software engineering skills building and operating GenAI solutions.
• Deep experience consulting on business and technical requirements for GenAI and agent solution projects.
• Architecture of scalable GenAI platforms, integrating LLMs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, ADK, etc.), and vector databases.
• Familiarity with best practices in operationalizing GenAI, such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, and compliance.
• Ability to mentor and guide teams through complex GenAI challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, suitable for both technical and business audiences.
• Use-Case consulting skills for GenAI projects
