Job description
- Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications.
- Participate in application design, coding, debugging, and implementation.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects.
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and developers.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Support production deployments and application enhancements.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated .NET Developer to support application development and maintenance initiatives for the Georgia Department of Revenue. The ideal candidate should be a recent undergraduate graduate with strong knowledge of .NET technologies, object-oriented programming, and software development principles., * Recent Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of:
- C#
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- ASP.NET
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Basic knowledge of:
- SQL Server
- REST APIs
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
