Requirements

12+ years in backend engineering (Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST, microservices).
Expertise in AWS cloud
Kubernetes/Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficient with databases (Postgres, MySQL) * Kafka streaming, and observability tools.

Proven leadership in agile teams with mentoring experience.
Skilled in managing technical dependencies, vendors, and cross-team collaboration.
Preferred: Experience in FinTech, Auto Finance, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with ML/LLM production integration.
Involvement in product backlog and release planning
