Data Integration Specialist

About the job Seeking an experienced IQMS / DelmiaWorks Integration & Data Consultant to design and implement a scalable financial reporting solution within a multi-site manufacturing environment. This role will focus on improving visibility across locations by building standardized P&L reporting and data structures aligned to shared budgets and enterprise-level financial views. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop a scalable P&L reporting framework across multiple manufacturing sites (EPlants) * Configure and customize DelmiaWorks (IQMS) to support financial reporting and data segmentation * Enable side-by-side and consolidated financial visibility across locations * Map EPlant structures to financial reporting hierarchies including GL accounts, cost centers, and divisions * Build or enhance reporting using Visual Data, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or BI tools * Support data integration, aggregation logic, and reporting accuracy across systems * Evaluate and recommend use of native DelmiaWorks reporting vs. custom development * Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to align reporting outputs with business needs * Reduce reliance on manual reporting processes and external consolidations Technical Requirements * Strong experience with IQMS / DelmiaWorks * Hands-on experience with EPlant configuration and data structures * Experience with Visual Data report writing or comparable reporting tools * Strong understanding of financial reporting concepts (P&L, GL, cost centers) * Experience building multi-entity or multi-site reporting solutions * Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (Crystal Reports, SSRS, BI tools) Preferred Experience * Background in manufacturing environments * Experience working with multi-site or multi-entity ERP configurations * Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions * Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills Project Focus * Deliver a reporting solution that provides: * Granular (per-site) financial visibility * Consolidated enterprise-level P&L reporting * Improved budget tracking accuracy across shared operations * Streamlined, scalable reporting with reduced manual effort Additional Details * Fully remote opportunity * Working within a lean IT environment with high ownership and visibility * Multiple projects planned within the ERP/reporting landscape
