Job description
Freedom Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a DIRECT HIRE Systems Engineering and Integration Analyst at our client’s location at Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, Alabama. This position is designated to support National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) senior leadership in the Artemis Program Imagery Integration for Artemis missions. The candidate may perform this work virtually and on-site.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Develop imagery requirements and assess requirements impacting or related to imagery across the Artemis enterprise
- Apply technical and analysis expertise to conduct enterprise-level assessments of technical and programmatic data and provide a summary and recommendations to inform decisions by Senior Leadership
- Provide technical, cost, schedule, and risk analysis and present findings to management
- Develop and synthesize technical and programmatic content for project documentation, responses to stakeholder inquiries, and senior leadership packages
- Develop condensed, concise reviews and statuses for management
- Interface with many other teams and use a NASA configuration management system to access the documents
- Recommend changes in methods, design, or content when necessary
- Provide verification and validation analysis
Requirements
- MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree and 16 years of related experience
- Prefer to have experience working with NASA
- Ability to multi-task to accommodate high pace activities, managing and prioritizing multiple major projects or assignments concurrently
- Experience in handling and managing data marked as Proprietary, Limited Rights, SBU, ITAR, EAR, and Restricted Rights
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute assigned tasks with minimal direction
- Experience in interacting with Senior Level Executives
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with government, contractor, and vendor team members across NASA Centers
- Ability to obtain an OPM Public Trust Clearance, * Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- Systems Engineering: 10 years (Required)
- NASA: 10 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
