Job description

Gaviral Gamtec LLC provides software development, web and mobile application development, digital marketing, and technology consulting services for businesses across multiple industries. We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee technology operations, manage IT infrastructure, and support the delivery of secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions., * Oversee daily IT operations and infrastructure management

Manage business systems, networks, and cloud-based services
Lead IT projects, upgrades, and technology implementations
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability
Monitor IT performance and recommend process improvements
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
Supervise and develop the IT support team

Requirements

Experience in information technology, systems administration, or IT operations
Previous experience leading IT teams or technology projects is preferred
Knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity best practices

Skills

IT infrastructure management
Network and systems administration
Project management and technical leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and IT service management tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are an advantage
