Software and Data Manager

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Manager of Software and Data Solutions to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will lead a stable, established team, partnering closely with the team’s architect., * Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to the software and data team

• Partner with the software and data architect to translate the architectural vision into executable plans and standards
• Establish and track metrics related to delivery, quality, team performance, and service delivery
• Coordinate with business users on projects, timelines, milestones, and implementations
• Work with third-party vendors on off-the-shelf applications used in the business

• Experience leading and managing a team of similar size
• Strong technical understanding of software development and data
• Strong organization, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills, along with exceptional customer service skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as energy, utilities, or healthcare
