Job description

  • Assess and repair electronic equipment or peripheral devices, including but not limited to computers, servers, laptops, POS systems, etc.
  • Keep detailed records of units being worked on and completed, including inventory of parts and documentation of repairs performed or still needed.
  • Maintain an organized work area.
  • Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.

Requirements

We are currently seeking a qualified Repair Technician to assess, diagnose, and repair various electronic equipment. This position starts at $18 per hour, with an increase to $19 per hour after 6 months.

This job requires 7 year background checks for criminal history and employment verification as well as drug testing prior to starting.

As a Repair Technician, you must be well-versed in computer systems and hardware. The ideal candidate will work diligently and accurately, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. The goal is to test, repair, and process computer systems and other electronic devices., * Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.

  • Experience with LAN/WAN networks (limited experience acceptable; not required).
  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
