As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as a key contributor across the full systems engineering lifecycle - from developing and managing system requirements and technical documentation, to conducting integration and verification activities, to supporting architecture reviews and design discussions that shape mission-critical solutions. You will work at the crossroads of engineering and operations, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery in a dynamic, cloud-based environment. This is a role for a detail-oriented, systems-minded engineer who communicates clearly, thinks architecturally, and takes pride in delivering well-integrated, mission-ready solutions.

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in enterprise architecture, requirements management, and systems integration who thrives in cloud-based mission environments? We are looking for a technically grounded, collaborative professional ready to play a pivotal role in the design, integration, and lifecycle engineering of complex systems in direct support of a high-profile government program., Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly) required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field) Experience: Demonstrated senior-level experience in systems engineering within complex enterprise or government environments
Required Technical Skills: Systems Engineering: Proven ability to apply systems engineering principles across the full program lifecycle, from concept through integration and verification Requirements Management: Experience developing, managing, and maintaining requirements traceability across complex, multi-stakeholder programs System Integration: Hands-on experience conducting system integration and verification activities in large-scale enterprise or cloud-based environments Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and the ability to operate effectively in sprint-based, iterative delivery environments Technical Documentation: Ability to develop clear, comprehensive technical documentation including system requirements, design artifacts, and verification evidence Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively alongside development and operations teams, contributing to architecture reviews and design discussions with clarity and technical credibility, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM): Experience using IBM ELM for requirements management, traceability, and lifecycle engineering workflows DoDAF: Familiarity with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) for developing and presenting architecture viewpoints Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Experience applying MBSE principles and toolsets to support architecture development and requirements analysis Cloud Architecture: Knowledge of cloud architecture concepts and experience supporting engineering activities in cloud-based mission environments DoD 8140 Certification: Active DoD 8140 compliant certification such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent is highly desirable PO#019
