Job description

Design and develop software solutions leveraging Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques for cyber defense and intelligence.
Requires expertise in Java and Python, ML/AI algorithms and frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Optimize and fine-tune ML/AI models.
Work in DevOps and Agile environments with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Utilize software project management tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Jira, and Confluence.
Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark and Hadoop is beneficial., * Design and develop robust software solutions that leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to enhance cyber defense and cyber intelligence solutions.
Evaluate models for applicability to mission problems, including speed, accuracy, security, and compliance.
Understand standard AI / ML data formats for models, weights, and data interchange.
Apply industry standard techniques for compressing and fine-tuning models to fit target platforms, including CPU-only implementations and edge devices.
Optimize performance and efficiency of ML/AI models through continuous testing and refinement.
Design and develop ML and AI algorithms and integrate those ML and AI algorithms into systems to solve emerging mission critical problems.
Provide Leadership and support for corporate AI efforts, including the AI Working Group, Innovation Center, and proposal activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct research and experiments to identify and evaluate the most suitable ML/AI techniques for specific use cases.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML/AI technologies and best practices; research new technologies and understand emerging challenges.
Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java & Python based innovative solutions to address emerging mission challenges, using industry best practices and frameworks.
Document experiment results, prototype software solutions and ensure that all technical documentation meets requirements.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to jointly solve problems and find solutions as a team in an Agile development environment.
Perform software development on low and high side to build innovative solutions in both environments.
Work in both AWS and Azure cloud environments.
