Job description

  • Perform complex coding and configuration to meet documented needs requirements, using a variety of procedures and considering multiple interfaces and system interdependencies.
  • Lead development of design specifications for the team within defined architecture, using standard procedures and techniques.
  • Define and maintain standards for the team’s support, installation and operating procedure documentation.
  • Facilitate design and code review sessions, fostering an environment that encourages consideration for improved design and code quality.
  • Identify opportunities for technology consolidation and improvements to legacy systems to increase stability and availability.
  • Lead feasibility analysis for new systems.
  • Drive technology strategy and execution efforts to improve overall developer experience and productivity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a record of delivering complex software systems.
  • Expertise in modern frontend engineering using: TypeScript, React, Next.js, .NET, SQLServer, JavaScript and UX-focused development.
  • Experience designing scalable web applications and responsive user experiences.
  • Experience with software architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise application design.
  • Experience building and integrating APIs and backend services using .NET, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and observability tooling
  • Experience in platform engineering or internal developer tooling.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00
