Job description

  • Take ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment and operations of the network infrastructure using best practices
  • Be active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams collaborating with Product Owners, Infrastructure Engineers and Business teams
  • Have an in-depth understanding of HelloFresh’s network architecture, and act as ambassador for solutions offering support and mentorship to colleagues
  • Work with state-of-the-art technologies like Cisco, Meraki and Fortinet

Travel to various of our operating locations within our global stations to support the local teams. (up to 25%)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Network Engineering, Design & Management
  • Experience maintaining LAN, WAN and WLAN infrastructures, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks as well as IPv4/IPv6 networks and routing
  • Working knowledge of enterprise switches, routers and firewalls e.g. Cisco Mobility (WLC), Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Arista, etc. plus site-to-site VPN connections using IPSec and IKE protocols
  • Understanding of IT Security and Privacy Principles, network layer high availability and resiliency technologies such as HSDPA
  • Familiarity with LogicMonitor or similar network monitoring and alerting tools
  • Experience or knowledge of Wireless Heat Mapping with Ekahau or similar technologies is an added bonus
  • Azure, AWS VPC or other hosting and virtualization experience is desirable VMware/Proxmox and Windows Server administration experience, including hardware installation and support

About the company

Our Infrastructure Engineers assume development and operational responsibility for the HelloFresh network infrastructure that serves millions globally to deliver the best experience for our customers and internal users. Based in Phoenix, Arizona you will provide on-site support to the Phoenix Metro area, including Goodyear. Together with Infrastructure Engineers from North America, Europe and Australia you will change the way people eat forever.
