• Define and maintain platform architecture and configuration
• Design and support data ingestion and ETL pipelines
• Ensure datasets support reporting and AI scenarios
• Monitor and optimize platform performance and capacity
• Establish standards for self-service analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders for reporting needs and best practices
• Comply with EHSQ policies and demonstrate active involvement

• 5+ years in cloud-based data and analytics platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Service
• Strong understanding of cloud data warehousing and Lakehouse architecture
• Proficient in SQL for writing and optimizing queries
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse Analytics
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics scenarios
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
