Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator - SailPoint IdentityIQ (US Citizenship required)

The IAM Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including identity lifecycle management, access request fulfillment, certification campaigns, user provisioning, and identity governance processes. The successful candidate will work closely with application owners, security teams, system administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant access management., * Execute and monitor scheduled access certification (recertification) campaigns.

• Coordinate with application owners, managers, and business stakeholders to complete user access reviews within required timeframes.
• Monitor certification progress, send reminders, resolve certification issues, and generate completion reports.
• Support identity lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, role changes, leave of absence, and offboarding.
• Produce compliance and audit reports related to certifications, provisioning, and access governance.
• Perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, and account reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve identity synchronization and provisioning failures.
• Maintain identity data quality and resolve identity correlation issues.
• Support application onboarding and connector administration within SailPoint.
• Perform role mining and assist with role engineering activities.
• Support segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and policy violation remediation.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audit activities.
• Troubleshoot identity governance issues and coordinate resolution with infrastructure and application support teams.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 7 years of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ administration experience.
• Strong experience managing access certification (recertification) campaigns.
• Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, identity lifecycle management, and account reconciliation.
• Experience supporting role-based access control (RBAC) and identity governance processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) programs.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience supporting quarterly or annual enterprise access recertification campaigns involving thousands of users.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow, Active Directory, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud certification.
