Control Panels Software Systems

Job description

At Cyclone Septic & Plumbing, our technicians diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial septic systems throughout central Oklahoma. Every day brings a different challenge, and no two systems are exactly alike.

Previous septic experience is helpful, but it isn’t what matters most.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys thinking through problems, pays attention to details, and isn’t satisfied until they understand the root cause.

If you’ve worked in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, industrial maintenance, automation, oilfield, agriculture, utilities, automotive repair, or another technical trade, you’ll probably feel right at home.

We’re a family-owned company that’s been serving central Oklahoma since 2016. We invest heavily in training because we believe great technicians aren’t born, they’re developed.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial septic systems.
  • Troubleshoot pumps, aerators, floats, control panels, alarms, and electrical components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative service.
  • Read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Identify the root cause of system failures instead of treating symptoms.
  • Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
  • Complete accurate inspection reports and service documentation.
  • Follow Oklahoma DEQ regulations and company procedures.
  • Keep your truck, tools, and equipment organized and ready for the next job.

You’ll Thrive Here If…

  • You enjoy figuring out how things work.
  • You naturally ask “Why?” before deciding how to fix something.
  • You enjoy solving puzzles and diagnosing problems.
  • You notice details other people miss.
  • You don’t guess when you can test.
  • You enjoy learning and constantly improving your skills.
  • You can work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • You communicate professionally with customers.
  • You take pride in fixing the problem correctly the first time.

Requirements

What We Value

We don’t expect you to know everything.

Our best technicians don’t stop at the first explanation. They gather information, ask questions, test their assumptions, and solve problems others overlook.

We’d rather hire someone who loves learning and can think critically than someone with years of experience who simply replaces parts until something works.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, take pride in doing things right, and want to become one of the best septic technicians in Oklahoma, we’d love to meet you.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
