Job description

An enterprise Corporate Website Management (CWM) team is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead enterprise corporate website development. Operating like an internal agency, this team manages the design, implementation, testing, content production, data analytics, and overall health of major global corporate sites.

In this role, you will drive innovation and operational excellence across corporate web channels through modern engineering practices and AI-enabled software delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and forward-looking web strategies., * CMS & Front-End Development: Develop and implement components, templates, and workflows in an enterprise web content management platform (AEM highly desired). Build user interfaces using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and scalable front-end patterns.

  • AI-Enabled SDLC: Apply AI to improve delivery outcomes by designing effective prompts and building/testing developer assistants and agentic workflows that accelerate code build, quality checks, and automated testing within Jenkins/GitHub pipelines.
  • Design Integration: Work from Figma wireframes and functional requirements to create accessible, responsive web interfaces.
  • Systems Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to integrate web interfaces with back-end systems and RESTful services.
  • Optimization & Maintenance: Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and performance using measurable quality targets. Manage day-to-day website updates, production releases, asset trafficking, and code changes.
  • Operations & Security: Participate in application deployment, performance monitoring, and operational issue resolution, incorporating automation, AI-assisted analysis, and standard cybersecurity scanning/remediation.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in front-end web development for enterprise web experiences with in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/Less preferred), and JavaScript (ES6+); jQuery and/or TypeScript is a plus.
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering and building/refining assistants or agents to support software development workflows (e.g., code generation, code review support, test creation, defect triage, and CI quality gates).
  • Ability to integrate AI-assisted workflows into engineering processes and toolchains (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub) with a focus on repeatability and speed to market.
  • Experience with enterprise WCM/CMS concepts (components, templates, content models, workflows); Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is highly desired.
  • Experience creating models and/or services in Java (11+) or similar languages (C#, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (AJAX, partial page updates) along with experience using Node.js (16+) and Webpack (4/5).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coach peers on practical AI-enabled SDLC adoption.
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be able to submit to and pass both a background check and drug screen.
  • Sponsorship: No sponsorship or C2C arrangements can be considered at this time.
  • Note for Conversion: Candidates must provide their Full-Time Employee (FTE) salary expectations on their resume to be considered for conversion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience delivering production solutions in AEM (components, templating, workflows, publishing).
  • Experience building or operationalizing agentic automation for software delivery with clear human oversight.
  • Experience integrating quality controls into Jenkins/GitHub workflows (automated test execution, quality gates, release validation).
  • Knowledge of automated testing approaches/frameworks and performance engineering (Core Web Vitals-style optimization, caching strategies).
  • Working knowledge of accessibility practices and standards (WCAG-aligned implementation).
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
