Job description
Partner with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities to apply AI and ML across our products.
Research, prototype, and evaluate innovative AI/ML solutions for complex business problems.
Build production-grade machine learning services in collaboration with Engineering and DevOps teams.
Contribute to shared data science platforms and reusable data assets.
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and share knowledge across the team.
Requirements
️ Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or another STEM discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
️ 5+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications and data-driven solutions
️ Strong Python skills with experience using libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and related tools
️ Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
️ Strong understanding of modern AI techniques including Generative AI, NLP, and Deep Learning
️ Experience designing and deploying production-quality software
️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
️ Experience mentoring junior team members
Nice to Have
Experience building agentic AI systems
Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
AWS experience (ECS, Bedrock, SageMaker, Serverless)
Full-stack prototyping experience
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows
