Job description

We are hiring an OCM Lead to drive change management, training, and communication for large-scale transformation programs (ERP/HRIS/PLM). The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes. You will lead change strategies, manage resistance, and collaborate with global teams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in HRIS?, * 5-10 years in Change Management (OCM)

  • Experience with ERP/HRIS/PLM (PTC Windchill preferred)
  • Knowledge of ADKAR/PROSCI
  • Strong stakeholder & communication skills
  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall environments
