Job description

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our Robotics Platform, you are at the heart of our mission to build Europe’s most advanced autonomous ground systems. You will take the lead in developing the automation and observability solutions that form the bedrock of our robotic software, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and ready for the real world.

In this role, you will collaborate with dedicated, cross-functional engineering teams to integrate their work into a cohesive platform. Your focus will be on productizing our internal systems, transforming them into reliable services that empower our developers and accelerate the production of our autonomous vehicles. This is a high-impact position where.you will directly shape the reliability and performance of our core technology.

What You’ll Build

  • A highly reliable and scalable robotics platform by designing and implementing cutting-edge automation and observability solutions.
  • Strong alignment and seamless workflows between our cloud infrastructure, software, and testing teams.
  • An efficient artifact management system within our CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and software releases.
  • Automated delivery pipelines that directly accelerate the development and production of our unmanned ground vehicles.
  • A comprehensive observability platform that provides predictive insights and enables rapid incident response for our deployed systems.
  • Enhanced stability and integration for our Mithra-based robotics platforms, ensuring a solid foundation for development.
  • Expertly managed and configured services and systems that are essential for development, production, and operation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Rust (programming language)?, * A strong background in software engineering with deep expertise in Python.

  • Several years of relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering, ideally within highly regulated industries such as defense, automotive, or aerospace.
  • Proficiency with modern cloud services, containerization, and CI/CD systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to driving technical alignment across multiple teams.
  • A proactive, organized, and self-motivated work style with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience with the Bazel build system or proficiency in languages like C++, Rust, or Go is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with PKI, identity management systems, and certificate management is also a valued advantage.
