Job description

  • Manage the operational ERP/SAP area, including resource and budget planning.
  • Develop and implement SAP solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Ensure integration and optimization of SAP modules and processes.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in the ERP/SAP landscape.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects successfully.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in ERP landscapes, particularly SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, PM).
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards in SAP.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, ideally in an agile work environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Additional SAP certifications and consulting experience are an advantage.
