Job description

Do you want to shape the future by turning digitalization challenges into innovative solutions while expanding your expertise in the SAP/ERP field? As an IT Associate Enterprise Solutions (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a key role in supporting ERP-related projects-from strategy development to transformation planning and design, all the way to managing successful implementation. You will collaborate with colleagues from the Boston Consulting Group on (inter)national projects and advise our clients at all levels, from project teams., * You are involved in the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to identify value potential for our clients.

  • You develop and define functional and technical ERP target architectures for complex IT landscapes, considering innovative technologies and industry trends-including the design and management of selection processes for target applications.
  • You support the management of complex ERP programs and assist in the selection and oversight of system integration partners as well as the appropriate software solutions.
  • You collaborate with our clients to design and plan global ERP transformation projects, aligning them with various stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.
  • You independently prepare deliverables and finalize them together with your project team, including progress reports, workshop materials, and functional and technical concepts.
  • You evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems, derive improvement measures, and implement them.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a related field.
  • You have initial practical experience in ERP/SAP projects, for example, through a dual study program, internships, or student assistant roles.
  • You are eager to further expand your technical expertise in the SAP/ERP environment.
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • You are highly customer- and results-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, in writing and speaking.

Benefits & conditions

Our salary for this position is at least €60,000 per year (all-in) based on full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we are of course prepared to pay more than this amount and offer other attractive benefits!
