Scrum Master / Project Manager

• You will work in culturally diverse and geographically distributed locations with two teams, interacting with other DevOps and Platform engineers and the Product Owners.
• You will play a key role in our agile DevOps teams to remove barriers and help the team focus on continuously delivering value in short iterations.
• You will lead the agile ceremonies, ensuring a culture of transparent and honest feedback and lifelong learning.
• You will drive build-in quality with your experience in computer science.
• In addition, you participate in ART & Value Stream level to drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across business, product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Track projects resource allocation and overall project health.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

• SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Minimum of two years as Scrum Master/Project Manager
• Technical background and Scripting knowledge are a must-have
• Background in computer science or equivalent working experience
• Agile mindset and ability to coach team members
• Flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement
• Team-oriented, communicative, motivational, and resilient personality
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, preferably in an international environment
• Excellent English skills
• Experience with AWS is an advantage

Allowances

• 200 euros per month Telephone/internet allowance
• 275 euros per month contribution to health insurance

Leaves policy

Contract terms

• To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract
• The salary ranges mentioned in our Job Descriptions are base annual gross salaries including the 8% holiday allowance
• The base salary range for this role is between 60k to 70k euros gross per year
