• Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces using Blazor.
• Work extensively with SQL Server to design schemas, optimise queries and improve data performance.
• Lead the introduction of AI and machine-learning capabilities into existing products and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, data and architecture teams to define AI use cases and integration patterns.
• Drive best practices across coding standards, testing, CI/CD and secure development.
• Mentor mid-level developers and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security and performance requirements for financial institutions.

• 8-10+ years’ professional experience developing enterprise systems in C#/.NET.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning, stored procedures and schema design.
• Hands-on experience building modern web UIs with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design and cloud-ready architectures.
• Experience integrating automation, analytics or AI-driven features into production systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in regulated, high-assurance environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction.
