Job description

The project team is building a platform to unify data pipeline execution across the enterprise and leading greenfield platform that requires for engineer roles on the team a strong understanding of APIs, Python, Sparkflow, Docket/K8s, Automated CI/CD with Github Actions or other tools, composable services, data governance and distributed systems. The goal is to turn complex systems into clean, reusable services via Python., Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to build and enhance enterprise platform capabilities that improve developer productivity, software delivery, and engineering efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive platform adoption through reusable solutions, automation, and developer enablement initiatives., * Design and develop scalable platform solutions, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering tools.

  • Build self-service capabilities and automation to improve software development lifecycle efficiency.
  • Develop reference architectures, integration patterns, technical standards, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, and developer enablement assets.
  • Partner with engineering teams to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Platform Engineering and Developer Experience (DevEx).
  • Expertise in Internal Developer Platforms, Developer Productivity Engineering, and Software Engineering Enablement.
  • Experience with enterprise integration architecture and platform governance.
  • Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. *
