Senior C++ Programmer

As a Senior C++ Engineer, you will design, implement and optimise performance-critical software that powers front-office trading workflows. You’ll work closely with quants, traders and other engineers to deliver robust, low-latency solutions for pricing, execution, market-data processing and exchange connectivity.

Expect modern C++, complex systems design, multithreading, optimisation, and the chance to influence technical direction across multiple product lines., * Architect, develop and maintain C++ components for trading, pricing and market-data platforms.

• Optimise system performance across latency, throughput and reliability dimensions.
• Lead design discussions, code reviews and technical decision-making.
• Integrate with market-data feeds, trading venues and internal analytics systems.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with quants, traders and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality software.
• Drive continuous improvement across tooling, testing, automation and deployment.

• 8+ years’ professional experience developing complex systems in C++.
• Strong command of modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20), STL, templates, memory management and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, concurrency and distributed systems.
• Experience building high-performance, real-time or low-latency applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including quants and traders.
